Resident Referral Program

Earn up to $1,000 per year in rent credits for referring your friends to Cobblecreek Apartment Homes.

If you are a current resident, you can earn a $200 rent credit for every friend you refer to the Cobblecreek Apartment Homes that moves in during March and signs a 12-month lease ($100 for a 6-month lease) for their own apartment home.

Only current residents of Cobblecreek Apartment Homes are eligible to receive rent credits for referrals.

No resident may earn more than $1,000 for any 12-month period.

Only one referral credit applies per per apartment home leased.

To be eligible for a rent credit, the referred friend must sign a 6 to 12-month lease for an apartment home not currently occupied by the referring resident.

To be eligible for a rent credit, the current resident's name must be listed on the lease application form as the sole referrring or marketing entity.
